As a key part of theAQUAEXCEL3.0 project, we’re dedicated to fostering collaboration between researchers and industry professionals. We’re excited to announce our final Brokerage Event, designed to bridge the gap between groundbreaking research and its real-world application.

This event will take place at Aquaculture Europe 2025 in Valencia, Spain, on Wednesday, September 24th, from 14:00 to 17:30. You’ll find us at the Gran Pinedo (Hotel – Floor 2).

What to Expect

Organised by EATiP and co-hosted by ERINN Innovation, this event will showcase six high-impact research outcomes from the project’s Transnational Access (TNA) program and from the project’s research activities. These presentations are tailored for both industry and academic audiences.

Presentations include:

  • “Origin significantly impacts reproductive capabilities of pikeperch broodstock” by Oleksandr Malinovskyi, University of South Bohemia
  • “Supplementation with metal-AA complexes contribute to more efficient and sustainable diets in RAS systems” by Claudia Figueiredo Silva, Zinpro
  • “Established benchmark for Atlantic bluefin tuna weaning with commercially available diets in Europe” by Paul-Daniel Sindilariu, Nexttuna
  • “Use of Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) echosounding to characterise fish growth and behaviour?” by Thomas Culverhouse, Sonardyne
  • “New methods for post processing biotelemetry data in aquaculture” by Martin Føre, NTNU
  • “Novel use of bio-loggers in characterisation of European Seabass and identification of four welfare states” by TBC,  University of the Balearic Islands
